How to return an item

To return an item, start your return under the order the item belongs to, either on My account or on the My orders page (button below). Look up the order, choose “Return items” under the order containing what you want to send back, and enter the quantity for the items you want to return. You then receive an e-mail with the next steps.

The rules on returns and withdrawal, and what condition the item must be in, are in our terms and conditions.

If you send a return without using the function in the shop, you can use the return address below. Remember to mark the parcel with your order number and send it to the address with home delivery. We do not collect parcels from parcel shops and do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Complaints about defects

If you have received an item with a fault or defect, contact us at [email protected] or +45 87 22 33 06 before sending anything back. Then we agree on the procedure, and if the complaint is justified, we pay the return shipping.
