These terms apply to all purchases on willingable.cc. The shop is aimed at private consumers. You must be 18 or older to shop with us; if you are under 18, you need your parents’ consent.

2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

When you have completed your order and the payment has been approved, we send you an order confirmation by e-mail. It is your receipt, and the purchase contract is concluded when you receive it. If we discover an obvious error in the price or stock, or if the payment cannot be completed, we may cancel the order. If so, you will be notified and any reserved amount will be released.

We do our best to show the colours, features and details of the products as accurately as possible, but your screen may render colours differently from reality. We reserve the right to correct sold-out items, misprints and price changes.

Some products are stocked, others are procured for your order, and some are only produced once you have ordered them, for example clothing with a print. What applies to each product is stated on the product before you order: stock status, expected dispatch, any order deadline and production time, whether the product is prepaid, and which rules on withdrawal apply to that particular product (see section 6).

3. Prices and currency

All prices include VAT and are shown in the currency of the market you are shopping in: Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK) or euro (EUR). You can switch market with the globe button. Shipping is added and shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay.

If the product is delivered to a country outside the EU, the price is shown and paid without Danish VAT. Import VAT, customs duty and the carrier’s customs handling fee are charged by the local authorities or the carrier before you receive the parcel and are not included in the price.

4. Payment

You can pay by payment card and MobilePay; the options you can choose are shown at checkout. The payment is handled by our payment acquirer, and your card details are sent encrypted directly to them. We never see them.

The amount is reserved on your card when you order and is only charged when the product is dispatched. If your order is sent in several shipments, we charge for each shipment what is being sent. We never charge more than you have approved.

Prepayment. Made-to-order and pre-ordered products may require prepayment when the production or delivery time is longer than a card reservation can be held. If this applies to a product, it is stated on the product before you add it to the basket, and the amount for that product is charged when you order.

5. Delivery

Which countries we deliver to and which delivery methods you can choose, for example parcel shop, delivery to your address or collection from us, is shown at checkout. The shipping price depends on country and delivery method and is shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay. If you choose collection, we send you your invoice when the order is ready for collection.

The expected dispatch date is stated on the product and at checkout, also for backordered and procured products, which are sent as soon as they arrive. Made-to-order products have an order deadline and a production time, which are stated on the product. The carrier’s delivery time comes on top.

Several shipments. If you order products with different delivery times, the order is split into one shipment per delivery time, so you receive the stocked products straight away and do not wait for the rest. At checkout you see each shipment separately with its expected dispatch, choose a delivery method for each (for example parcel shop for one and collection for the other) and pay shipping per shipment. The shipping price per shipment is shown before you approve the purchase by completing the payment.

If a parcel is not collected from the parcel shop, it is returned to us. We refund the products but deduct our actual costs for the return shipment.

6. 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period runs from the day you receive the product. If you collect the parcel from a parcel shop, it is the day you collect it; if you have asked someone else to receive the parcel for you, it is the day that person receives it. If your order is sent in several shipments, the period for all the products runs from the day you receive the last shipment.

To withdraw, you must notify us before the period expires. The easiest way is to start a return under the order the product belongs to, on My orders or My account; that counts as your notice of withdrawal, and we send you a return label and instructions. You can also write to [email protected]. The procedure is described on our returns page, where you also find the statutory model withdrawal form, which you may use but do not have to. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the parcel.

The product must be sent back no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You pay the return shipping yourself: if you use the return label we send you, we deduct its price from the amount we refund. If you send it yourself, the parcel must go to Konggaard ApS, Pottemagervej 5, 7100 Vejle, Denmark, marked with your order number and sent with home delivery; we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery and do not collect parcels from parcel shops. Such parcels are returned to you at your expense, and the product only counts as returned once we have received it.

Condition of the product. You may try the product the same way you would in a physical shop: put the clothing on and see if it fits, but not use it. If the product has been used, washed or soiled, or if labels or original packaging are missing, we may deduct the loss in value from the amount we refund, and in the worst case the entire amount.

Exempt from the right of withdrawal are sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken, for example chamois cream, body care, gels and powders, as well as products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (see below).

Made-to-order products. When you order a made-to-order product, the right of withdrawal that applies to that particular product is clearly stated on the product before you order. If the product is produced with personalisation for you, for example a name, number or similar, it is made for you and can neither be withdrawn from nor cancelled, not even before production has started. Therefore try the size before you order; a wrong size cannot be exchanged.

Procured products and pre-ordered stock products are ordinary products with the full right of withdrawal, and you can cancel them free of charge until they have been dispatched.

Refund. We refund the amount for the returned products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice. We may, however, wait until we have received the products or documentation that you have sent them. If you withdraw from the whole purchase, we also refund the shipping you paid at purchase, but no more than the price of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. If you keep some of the products, the shipping is only refunded if it would have been lower without the returned products. The money is refunded to the payment method you used.

7. 24-month right to complain about defects

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a 24-month right to complain about defects. If the product is faulty or defective, you may, depending on the circumstances, have it repaired or replaced, get a price reduction or your money back. Defects that appear within the first 12 months are presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can show otherwise. The right does not cover wear and tear, incorrect use or damage you have caused yourself.

Complain as soon as possible after you discover the defect, and always within a reasonable time. A complaint made within two months is always in time. Contact us at [email protected] or +45 87 22 33 06 before sending anything back, so we can agree on the procedure. If the complaint is justified, we pay reasonable return costs. Out of consideration for our staff, we ask that clothing and equipment are cleaned before being sent.

8. Personal data and cookies

We process your data in order to deliver your order and to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Read how in our privacy policy, which also describes which cookies willingable.cc uses.

9. Complaints

If you disagree with us about a purchase, please contact us first so we can find a solution. If that does not succeed, you can complain to the Danish Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via www.naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can also complain to the consumer complaints body in your own country.

10. Governing law

The purchase is governed by Danish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live always apply as well.
