The mission behind the Willing able racing gravel team
Willing Able Racing is Konggaard’s elite gravel team and our own marketing platform. The purpose is simple: to show our products where they belong. On gravel, at speed, in nature, at races and among people. Factor, DMT, 6D, Uvex, Evoc, Challenge, the Willing Able clothing and much more.
It does not matter how fast you ride if nobody can see it. That is why we recruit on commitment, pictures and personality rather than watts, results and follower counts.
We gather riders from all over the country: talents, former professionals and focused amateurs. Men’s team and women’s team, as one united team. Same camps, same gatherings, same party. We are like one family on gravel.
The team must be open to the outside, so others want to be part of it. That is why you contribute yourself too:

There will be camps and photoshoots over the season, and we meet at the start line of selected races.

This year’s Factor gravel machine at a significantly reduced team price. You buy it yourself, ride the season on it and sell last year’s bike on. This also applies if you continue from this year.

Three main missions
We would like you with us at the races. Especially in Denmark. It is important to us to be visible at the Danish races, so we have chosen 3 main races and 3 sub-races that we will back.
Dirty Jutland
Along Denmark’s coastline up to Skagen, the biggest content day of the year.
Spring
Dirty Sunday
Mid-season, on Zealand. Speed, people and full camera coverage.
Mid-season
Danish Gravel Championships
The champion’s jersey is the goal. The cameras are with us all the way.

You are online, not offline
Active on social media with genuine engagement. Follower counts do not matter, it is the content that counts.
You can create content
Pictures, video and stories from gravel, camps and everyday life. You show up for photoshoots.
You commit to the bike model
Buying this year’s Factor at team price, selling last year’s bike is on you.
You are grown-up and resourceful
You help with logistics, show up and lift the team. One family.
You ride the main races
Dirty Jutland, Dirty Sunday and the Danish Gravel Championships. The super races are expected with flexibility.
