Crashes are sometimes unavoidable and part of cycling. Fortunately, in most cases only the gear takes serious damage.

Our customer service offers crash replacement when a crash or accident has damaged your clothing – so you are quickly back on the bike. Pretty Fast.

How it works

If the damage cannot be repaired, we offer a 50% discount on a new or equivalent item from the current collection. Email us your order number, name and address plus a photo of the damaged garment at [email protected]. We follow up with a voucher by email.

Please note

The scheme covers all items from the Willing Able collection (not collabs or teamwear) bought within the last 2 years. The sender is responsible for sufficient postage and for customs and other fees. Parcels that do not meet the requirements are not accepted and are returned to the sender.
